About our Farm
The 36 acres that the farm and nursery are located on are only a part of all our farm products come from. All together we farm about 150 acres mostly from leased land. Our farm includes grass fed beef, pastured poultry, free range eggs, pastured pork, grass fed dairy cows, and fresh produce. We don't use any chemicals, hormones or antibiotics on our farm and all animals are allowed to eat grass in their diets because of the health benefits it gives our food. We believe that clean local food not only is healthy for you, it also promotes a healthy environment and helps to keep more green space in our community.
The grass fed beef operation is a partnership between Milk Cunningham and John Alexander that they have been doing for more than 10 years. The pastured poultry and eggs come from Joseph Cunningham here at the nursery.
The Pastured Pork is just getting started with a partnership between James and Joseph Cunningham at James' farm on Martin Mill Rd. The vegetables are grown here at the nursery by Mike, with help from Iran. Recently Joseph Cunningham has started a grass fed dairy and is selling whole fresh milk.
